Thomas H. Rolwing Jr

Rolwing is a 1998 graduate of the Saint Louis University School of Law. He has spent his entire professional career devoted to civil litigation and civil trial work. Rolwing's trial and litigation practice includes handling a wide variety of civil cases, including commercial litigation (including breach of contract cases and complex litigation such as breach of fiduciary duties and fraud), personal injury litigation (covering product liability, medical negligence, automobile litigation and premises liability litigation), as well as family law, probate and trust litigation and consumer litigation.

Rolwing handles cases from inception through trial and verdict in both State and Federal Court systems in Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas and has handled appeals before the Missouri Court of Appeals and in the Federal District Court of Colorado. Experienced in representing individuals as well as large corporations and small and mid-sized closely held businesses, Rolwing ably navigates strategic considerations and case management to effectively achieve client objectives with a keen sensitivity to budgetary considerations.
